How do estimates work?
We can provide either an in-home estimate, or a video estimate. With an in-home estimate, we will visit your home for you to show us what services you need in person. We do recommend in-home estimates if possible, as they allow for a more accurate pricing quote.
If an in-home visit is not possible, we are happy to provide video estimates. Take a high-quality video of the spaces you need cleaned and text it to (614) 908-2651. One of our representatives will get back to you with an estimate.
How often do you provide services?
This is up to you! We adjust the frequency of our services to an individual client’s needs. We provide weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, and One Time appointments. Need something more customized? Let us know in our estimate form.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made with a debit or credit card. For One Time appointments, payment is required prior to the appointment. For those on a cleaning schedule, payments can be made prior to or after your appointment. Invoices will be emailed the morning of the appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 48 hour notice before the start of your appointment time. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours ahead of time will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Do I have to be home when you come?
Clients on a cleaning schedule with us do not have to be home for their appointment. You can provide us with a copy of your key, which will be held by management in a safe and only accessed the day of the appointment. However, we ask that you secure any pets in your home if you think you will not be around during the appointment.
Clients who have booked a One Time appointment are required to be home for services.
What if I cannot make it to my appointment on time?
Your cleaning crew will wait for 15 minutes past your scheduled start time. The crew may decide to wait longer, at their discretion. If we are unable to fulfill our scheduled duties due to lack of access or being turned away by occupants in the residence, we will consider the appointment canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service amount.
If you are on a cleaning schedule, we have a copy of your key, and there are no pets or children in the home, you do not need to be home for your appointment.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
For safety purposes, clients are asked to ensure that pets are put away and children are supervised at all times during the appointment. Other than that, just sit back, relax, and let us do all the work!
