We understand needs vary by residence. Our three-tiered model allows you to choose the services that best fits you, your home, and your lifestyle.
Tier One: Cleaning Service Light
Ideal for those who lightly clean their spaces on a daily basis. We’ll take care of the non-daily tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and spot cleaning stains.
Tier Two: Cleaning Service (Most Popular)
Best for those who maintain a neat home, but are looking for a little extra help. We’ll tackle tasks like window cleaning and shower scrubbing.
Tier Three: Cleaning Service Pro
For those prone to big messes from children and pets, or who can’t clean on a regular basis. We’ll give your residence a deep clean, from all the places you see to the overlooked and hard-to-reach places you may not.

What to Expect When You Choose Cleaning by Luxury Paint LLC
Our goal is for you to be as satisfied and comfortable with this experience as possible. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew will introduce themselves and find out which area of your house you would like them to clean first. Special requests can also be made prior to the crew’s arrival. No need to have supplies on hand; your cleaning crew will arrive with everything they need to service your residence.
Cleaning by Luxury Paint LLC’s staff understands your home is your safe place and will respect your space and time. However, for safety purposes, clients are asked to ensure pets are put away and children are supervised at all times during the appointment.
Can’t make it to your appointment due to work or errands? No problem—clients on a cleaning schedule can provide a copy of their key for staff to use on the day of service. The key will be held by management in a safe and only accessed the day of the appointment.
*Please note that for One Time appointments, an adult is required to be home during the cleaning.
